Scanners under warranty - what to do

All Tracer scanners come with 18 months warranty. Each scanner comes with a date stamped warranty form. If you should ever need your scanner repaired within the warranty period, please ensure you send a copy of your warranty with your scanner to the servicing company detailed below:
